Has anyone had any vision issues with anxiety? I've been worrying about things for the past 3 weeks and now it looks like I've been watching and old TV (fuzzy) and when I look away I'll still see the outlines of things I was just looking at.
Vision Issues?: Has anyone had any vision... - Anxiety Support
Vision Issues?
How have you been sleeping? I've experienced a little bit of vision problems and the dizziness really bad when I don't sleep well and my body is just exhausted and also makes anxiety worse.
Been sleeping alright but I'll wake up once in awhile. I think in the back of my mind I'm sub consciously thinking about my problems
Definitely always in the back of your mind. You mean the health problems or other troubles? I know some people set aside ”worry” time to sit down and spend 10-15mins to think and go over their worries and once your done, try not think about it the rest of the day and night. If something comes up write it done to think about later. Especially if its late at night and you can't do anything about it then. Just figure it out the next day. There's actually this other technique I use for my anxiety. I have to look for it on my phone to make sure I explain it right..brb..
Awesome! I was able to find the link to the article, I think its great and has helped me with worry/anxiety provoking situations that happen regularly. I hope it will help you.

I have a vision condition called Fuch's Dystrophy...and yes, it is common for anxiety to affect your vision... What you are describing is not too uncommon... and this could also have a lot to do with the lighting you have when watching TV... Totally dark rooms are not good with the TV on... If this condition carries over to other things than just the TV, then it might not hurt to check with an eye dr... Good luck to you...
Also, take breaks away from continuously watching TV... (or working on the computer!)
