I suffer from blurred vision everyday for years. My head feels spacey and full when I get anxious. It's a terrible feeling. The head feeling I can usually calm down by doing

deep breathing and letting all the stress out. The blurred vision unfortunately I have not found a way. Wishing you well.

Hello. I do too when did your symptoms start? Is the dizziness constant and did you check your ears?

Vertigo maybe? I suffer from this as well but after being diagnosed with vertigo and put on meds it is so much better. I can actually function now.
