Go back and explain to doctor ,you should not fight this alone.......also try soothing music in your room ,even if it plays quietly while you sleep.......best wishes....stde

Hi hun, its called assocition panick attacks + its so hard 2 control wot the mind thinks, i had a nervous brkdwn + had 2 go + stay with my mum 4 the lst 3mnths. cant go bck home bcause this is were the panic attacks started. im such a strong person but this has no bearin on havin 2 deal wiv this monster, keep tryin 2 go bck but can stay 2 long bcause it totaly freaks me out. the mind is such a powerful organ + our thoughts our automatic + cant change this but phycopherapy(cbt) apparently teaches u how 2 look at these thoughts in a different way. hav u thought about askin ur GP 2 refer u for some therapy like this, imbein bumped up the waitin list 4 this myslf, if it can hlp me it can hlp any1 as im the worlds most analitical thinker. apparently both medication + cbt 2gether hav the best outcome. sleeping wise try havin a relaxing bath in the evenings + wen u do go 2 bed try reading a book b4 or listening 2 som music u realy wld b suprised at how this hlps. there is also herbal remedys in which a lot of people use + also herbal teas but plse dnt spend a fortune as these do only hav mild soothing properties, at the end of the day its horses 4 courses but they did nothin 4 me but anxiety comes at very different levels + major tranquilisers wldnt even work 4 me, hav tried tons of meds wiv no sucsess so it wld b silly of me 2 think herbal wld hlp but its was worth a try, jst be aware that herbal remedys r not miricle workers if they were then drs wld use it. if u do get desperate u can ask ur GP 4 hlp, there is an antihistamin they also use 4 anxiety called hydroxazine which is very good + is alot safer than sleepin tabs, very few side effects + not addictive like the sleepers r. hope u find somthin 2 hlp u cope better, kindest regards leeanne.x
