Ok went to see the doctor today as things have been real bad for me been having suicidal thoughts and i know when i need to hold my hands up and ask for help.

I have also been given some sleeping tablets as i have had very little sleep in the last few weeks,now at a point where i am getting ill.

time for me to get the ball rolling on the road to a new life.

Please dont take a step back. I have had many dark moments. You are so young and will have a fantastic long and happy life.You look so confindent and strong in your video and I feel you could be an inspiration to us all. Life is a gift and we all must treasure it.

Grab the bull by the horns and face this demon we call Anxiety/Panic head it. The Demon is nothing it is weak and it is laughing at us. A creation of our mind. So Piss it off and get your life back.

Hi trip, i also suffer frm suicide idealation which is always a lot worse at night wen people hav lack of sleep, not sleeping is very disressing. hopefully wiv som hlp frm the meds gettin 2 sleep u shld start 2 c things more clearly. hope u feel better soon.x
