I agree but how do you stop when you dont want to be a worrier and it effects your life xx

I totally agree with you... I am a born worrier even as a child,,,, but Im trying to remind myself that my worrying causes my anxiety.... ive only just realised this.....

It's funny isn't it, we all know it, but how to stop doing it. I am great at advice for others and can rationalise others pro lens very easily, just can't seem to help myself!

Yup we're all the same...... I just try to remind myself with little quotes etc.... doesnt always work or help but on good, positive days its nice to try remain like that, even if its only short lived......xxx

My problem is that my anxiety has brought on depression, which makes it very hard to deal with the worries, when they come.
