Hey not your fault. Just one of those days.You are a big part on here. You chill out, get back into your kick ass mode and carry on giving some good advice on here. Hope you feel better soon. You know yourself you are are all on a roller coaster ride with your anxiety. Keep fighting it. Sure you would tell someone else its one of those days.

Thank you all for your lovely comments and support. Strangely, feel much better this morning - despite something else nasty happening after i'd posted last night! Aren't our minds weird creatures? I think mine probably confuses itself - it sure confuses me!
