What are you anxious about?

I've had every test under the sun done on my heart but it just don't feel right. Pain all day long. Always on my left hand side

That "just don't feel right feeling" is your anxiety. I use to keep my hand attached to my neck constantly checking my pulse. You've had tests done and they are finding NOTHING. If something was to happen to you, worrying about isn't gonna change it happening or not. Remember that.

That's what I do. It's not even like I have crippling pains it's just niggling pains in my jaw, neck, chest, shoulder. People will say it's tension but I don't even feel tensed

Thanks. Means a lot.

You think the pain on your left is from your heart?

Sandy1710 profile image
Sandy1710 in reply to

Can't help but think that

in reply toSandy1710

Your heart is in the centre of your chest not on the left.

Have you a doctor check you out about the pain?

Sandy1710 profile image
Sandy1710 in reply to

Yeah but they don't suggest anything. Just say it's not my heart coz I've had ecg's. I thought heart was left side.

in reply toSandy1710

Heart is center.

You might have s muscle strain or something.

It does win for a while. Then sometimes it gives up, name it to anyone you can trust. Say it's like losing your keys and feeling anxious but it usually goes on for longer than it takes to find keys or a wallet.
