I have been to the Drs and now waiting for the crises team to get in touch. It seams the antidepressants have stopped working so I need to be reassessed just a waiting game I gess x

It's really hard when you feel so bad to have patience. I just seem to get more agitated and stressed

you are only stressed out cause you are thinking about it, in your mind now What if something happened to me because my pills stopped working!! noting will happen, you will have to deal with it face to face, laugh it off and you take in charge of your situation, be strong Cleaner you can do it.

don't just wait now for crisis team, take some initiative, relax yourself, exercise, read, put on a comdey series and laugh, cook bake and sing :)

Thats what I always try to do, it's gone past that I am sick to death of trying to be happy and smile at every one .

it will work hun, it will work dear, just stay positive, i know easy said than done. if you have someone at home just hug them, take their positive energy or a pet :) if not hug the tree outside.

i have a friend of mine that idon't see her much but when i do i hug her for few minutes as she gives me all positives vibes :) it sounds silly but it does work :)

you don't have to try and be happy and smile just allow yourself to realise that yes this is dark but you have people who are going to help and things can and will only get better from now. take small steps . remember you are not alone
