Hi thanks milo. It's like being on a desert island here. Haven't got eggs, but will try bit of toast. Only had 1 weetabix and sip of drink today. Cup of tea gone cold. I'll try to drink more water like you say. Hope you feeling ok today.

thanks scribbler. Yes I usually have loads of bananas in and have porridge most mornings to give me a bit of energy, but got none today and shops closed. Drank cold tea. Think I'll have to have some more weetabix. How are you doing today?

Not good at all, my stomach churns and my appetite goes. I'm hoping I feel better later as I hate my partner eating on her own. Your not alone out there!

Hi stillstanding, ive always found in the past when i cant even look at food let alone eat it, i have complan drinks, they have lots of vitimins in to help you out. drink water as often as you can manage also. x

Hi sam I know if I don't eat today It will be harder tomorrow, plus I'll have no energy. I'll get some fruit tomorrow and put in blender with milk. I think I'll get some complan as well. Not very keen on the taste, but it's whatever keeps you going.

Hi, Sorry you're feeling this way. I completely understand how you are feeling because I currently am finding it very hard to eat/drink. I literally just keep a drink by me at all times so if I feel like I cant be bothered to move I don't have to. (I have bottled sparkling water). And food wise, I go into the kitchen and see which food repulses me less and just try eating it. its never very much, but not very much is better than nothing at all. Hope you feel better soon x

never lost my appetite, well only few times when I felt sick to the extreme, but my eating is good, the problem now if I miss a meal I start to have bad anxiety and shallow breath, so I always keep my stomach full!!!
