I'm new to this site after a trip to the doctors this morning. I got given a leaflet to help with my anxiety so I hope this will help me start to come to terms with what causes my anxiety and how I cope with it when it gets bad.
Currently I'm trying to get over a relationship which is difficult in itself and this is making my anxiety levels a lot higher than normal. However today I feel a lot better after having a chat to the doctor and finding this site has helped me feel like I have somewhere to turn when things get hard.
