PINS AND NEEDLES IN THE FACE, EAR PRESSURE

CAN YOU JUST HAVE PRESSURE IN YOUR EARS AND PINS AND NEEDLES IN YOUR FACE AND NO OTHER SYMPTOMS AT TIMES WITH ANXIETY, OR IS IT JUST ME??!!

I've long suspected that my ears ring when I'm stressed, but as I have ear wax and sinus problems anyway I can't be sure.

i get ringin in my ears all the time. when my anxiety was at it's worst i had pins an needles on my face an literally half of my head was numb, like i'd been injected by the dentist or somethin. ur not alone x

The pins and needles and pressure is usually when your hyperventilating, so the answer is yes you can. The best advice is not to panic more... Easier said than done i know but deep breathing. I have posted a blog about this to try and help people the best i can from own experiences if any of it helps. Take care Debs
