Pins- Needles

Hello everyone, I really need some advice/ help. I have been dealing with the sensation of pins and needles on and off for about a few months now. I recently found out I was pregnant and since then it has made it worse. I don’t know if this is because I’m stressed and more anxious then before. I honestly have no idea. I really just need some sane advice on what to do or what will help. I have a clean bill of health as of a few weeks ago and never have had anything abnormal. Please send good vibes and help💕

Thank you❤️

I struggle with it from time to time and it can last from 5 minutes to hours. It really just depends. :(

Mine is off and on all day. How do you realize it’s not something else?

I just remind myself that it’s a part of anxiety. Anxiety can play awful tricks on you to get under your skin. I try not to fight the physical symptoms off. I let them happen and remind myself that I’m not in any danger and that everything is fine. Just anxiety playing tricks on me. That sounds easy, but truthfully it’s not. You just have to remind yourself that you’re going to be okay. It might be a weird sensation, but it’s nothing that will harm you.

Hi savgresh. Yes, I get the same sensation. Generally its just in my feet and hands but if i'm really anxious it get worse and can be my whole body. Like you its been a few months now. Even thought i know its just anxiety i still find it really annoying! Meditation does help. I listen to the Calm guided medication when i wake up for half an hr or so. This calms me and helps set me up for the day. I also listen to the Calm bed time stories when going to sleep.
