Feeling very anxious

I have been feeling very anxious for the past week , its like everything is getting to me my health and my brothers that doesn't give a dam about me the only ones who seem more important are people that aren't related to us .I often wonder what I've done wrong in my life know we arnt a close family but you would think one of them would ask how I'm doing.

I hope you are doing well today. You say that you wonder what you've done wrong in your life. I've gotten to many horrible points in my life where I thought the same things, and sometimes I still do. What I do is I look out from that, I look away from even questioning what I've done wrong. Because the truth is, many don't "do" anything wrong. You didn't do anything wrong, please trust me. The thing I always do if I don't have family around or are near bad family is I just go out, live in the world that's around me. I know it sounds like it might not help but something is better than nothing. Have an amazing day!
