feel an anxiety attack coming due to emailing old company for wages they didn’t pay me.

left on bad terms with owner of company. They were speaking horribly to employees and taking advantage of everyone. Saying they were rich and we (employees) were poor. I kept waiting and waiting for my direct deposit to hit and I never did. After a month and a half I emailed HR and another employee. The wait is giving me a lot of anxiety. I want nothing to do with this company anymore. However, you can’t just not pay people. If they don’t answer, I think I need to report it to the labor commission as theft of wages. It’s just getting me really nervous because I don’t want to deal with them anymore and I want it to be a part of the past.
