New appointments next week.

Hi Everyone 👋 I just wanted to let Everyone know that I have two appointments next week 1st with the CBT team and 2nd let's talk so hopefully I will get some help , I feel so poorly and struggling with everything, I just want to sleep 😴

I have had CBT and the talk therapy and they were a huge help
