I know how to get rid of it but how do you guys function day to day life activities with that feeling? i have to sleep a whole day after a night out 🤒

hot packs help (I use rice in an old sock), daily meditation and stretches. If I do it routinely enough it doesn’t get as tense. I also have a posture wrap and a night guard, because teeth grinding can make tension in that area, and so can slouching. I do a lot of yawning too to lower it a bit. Sometimes I need to keep eyes closed for a while because of the pain.
Do you get other joint pain?
Due to being in a car accidents in my early twenties, I have developed disc problems
which years of anxiety added additional injury. Muscles and trigger points keep the
neck stiff and painful at times. I am careful about my posture. I do use a heat wrap
by placing a large bath towel in the dryer and wrapping it around my neck and shoulders
to ease the tension. Hydrating well is important as well as Meditation & Breathing
