Good afternoon. I wanted to reply to this message as this is something which I am struggling with at the moment. I find that my anxiety and negative thoughts are causing silent panic attacks and this is something which come and go and yes it is mentally and physically exhausting. I know not everyone can but I have taken some time off work so that I can have a lunchtime nap and my god I wake up and feel so refreshed and it resets me. Either that or try and listen to some meditation music and focus on that.
