im just mentally drained i feel so much anger i feel like everyone around me is testing me to over react at anytime Do you know that feeling when you just want to burst out crying ? of just so much anger build inside im tired of just being tired of everything , work has me stressed out also people around me always trying to get me upset i just feel sad and angry . i do everything to make other people happy when im not i just need to be happy and at peace so much stress build in me. just need a peace of mind.!

Hi Johnnie, some people know how to push our buttons. (whether it be family or
co workers). WE realistically know that anger just promotes more stress as well
as raising our stress levels. We can't allow it but it happens in life.
So, we must learn coping methods to reduce the inner stress.
Rather than lash back, I walk away, relax my shoulders and find a quiet spot for
a moment or two. And then...I breathe in Calm and exhale the stress. What may
be difficult is to let go of the anger by letting go of the thoughts.
We could run but it solves nothing. What have you tried in reducing these sensations
of sad and angry.
Remember we cannot control what others say or do to us but we can and should
control our own reactions to these situations. Our Life, we deserve Peace of Mind. xx
Button pushers are pathetic children at heart, it might be good to see that is what they are. A good way to burn off stress that is hanging around is exercise, a 30 minute fastish walk is a good start. Get rid of that crap. Going to see someone to debrief how you are feeling might also help process that anger. I wish you luck and peace of mind soon.
