car anxiety

Hpw do you guys deal with car anxiety!? I truly hate going places for long rides ( passenger)

I do not have a driver's license so have to ride with friends all the time. But years ago, I didn't choose my friends as well as I do today and many of them drove recklessly, or even while under the influence. It scared me badly, but it also taught me to find friends who are better drivers. I no longer have car anxiety, except for when we are going into high traffic areas. Not saying any of this would apply to you, but for me, it has helped to only ride with people I trust will not endanger me.
