does anyone else get head pressure all the time? Upon movement and even lying down.
I suffer from really bad health anxiety and obviously I’ve convinced the worst because I’ve had headaches for a few weeks too. I always get head rushes when I get up to quick too!

I get it quite a lot (and I also have really bad health anxiety). I think, for me, it's partly to do with blocked sinuses and partly because I never get enough sleep. At least that's the conclusion I've come to. I am not a doctor and don't know for sure, although when it was worse than it is now (quite bad feeling of pressure when bending over to look for something on the floor) I went to see a doctor and he told me I was suffering from chronic sleep deprivation and nothing more serious.
If you feel dizzy when you get up too fast, that's usually orthostatic hypotension (drop in BP when you move from sitting to standing position that results in a temporary reduction in blood supply/oxygen to the brain) and is not usually an indication that anything is seriously wrong with you. Although again, I am not a qualified medical professional so please take that into account.
thanks! My CT results came back normal yesterday and I’ve woke up with a painful lymph node under the particular ear that feels more full so maybe I just have an infection or something! I don’t want to mither the doctors again over it because they’re already fed up with my health anxiety 😂
