hi everyone, I have been having this head pressure at top of my head on the right it has moved to the back of my head now. It doesn’t rlly hurt but it feels like something is sitting there like fluid or water along with wet/cold sensations behind my right ear and all around my head. The first time it happened my nose began to run but since then it has sometimes felt like maybe mucus or fluid running down my throat. It didn’t bother me while I was sleep but once I started my day it started again. I had a MRI and MRA 4 yrs ago revolving around the same symptoms so I’m trying to reassure myself that I’m fine. I know alot could happen since then but I’m wanna stay positive. The only thing I dont like is I have been having an out of body type of sensation in my head while it happens. Has this happened to anyone?
