Hi Thinlizzy1234,When I asked my doctor that question he said each person is different and requires unique things from an anxiety medication. I've just heard of a dna swab test in the U.S. that determines the best anti-anxiety and depression meds based on a person's dna and I'm going to take the test. I was told most insurance pays for the test. If interested, please visit genesight.com because I don't know if it's available in the UK 🙂

I found Klonopin worked the best for me but we are all different. I also found that the meds alone did not resolve my anxiety, I had to learn what it really is and how to constructively deal with it. I found the DARE Anxiety book and youtube videos very helpful. Anxiety is part of us and we need to understand it and make it work for us.
