Anxiety hot flushes

Anybody experience hot flushes around the chest and back when anxiety hits I'm new to this forum 1st post.

Yes! I get hot flashes and am back and forth between putting a blanket on and taking it off. I have often wondered when it is happening if I have a fever or not. I have checked and no fever. Just darn hot flashes.

I get hot flush to my face, happens every time I get too stressed/nervous or excessive worry.

Yes, you are right.. this is a pre-indicator of a panic attack for me. Sometimes just the hot flash makes me nervous. I found that clonidine helps me take my temperature down It is a blood pressure medication but I take it for anxiety.

Anxiety & worry causes so many physical symptoms, I use to google everything,now I just move on & the symptoms go away on their own.

Yep! Absolutely. Anxiety symptoms come in different forms. It's a bummer. Just remember - your mind is playing tricks on you. It'll be alright.
