Why did this happen

So on Saturday and Sunday I had the 2 best days in months. No dizziness or head pressure, no palpitations or panic, and I thought I was ok after all. Monday I felt faint all day, heart racing, chest pains the lot, and ended up in a and e. Why ? I am terrified all over again

Sometimes we have to take control back for ourselves. If tests are coming back negative, go with that. Check that you are drinking plenty of water (I always become faint and unwell whenever I don't drink enough fluid) also ensure you are eating a balanced diet, and getting the essential vitamins and minerals. Ask for a simple urinary tract test.
