Cold / Flu and increased anxiety

Does any one find that feeling I'll physically from a cold or flu gives them headaches and then increases their anxiety?

I have found that sometimes when I get a bad cold I get bad headaches which then cause me to get bad anxiety and the shakes, leaving me trembling in bed.
