Hey , This is quite normal for a cold as it attacks your immune system and causes “normal” illness symptoms.
The shits is quite common with a “harmless” virus as well as a cold , fever and temperature , runny nose , sore throat etc. Keep on the paracetamol and keep warm and sleep it off.
Don’t worry , You’ll get better and colds etc are normal and to be honest honey and peanut butter would tend to give anyone the shits even on a good day. Ha ha. Take care.
Lol thank you. And it’s not something I normally eat lol but thought maybe it would be good for some reason. Plus it was the first real thing I’ve ate in a few days.
Had exactly the same thing just recently. Cough and horrible cold for about two weeks, and then diarrhoea for about four days with upset tummy, think cos the cold was with a chesty mucusy cough!
I worried at the time, but Nobster is right the two often go together.
Hi, I have had a similiar thing happen to me. I suffer quite badly with Anxiety but not all the time. I have had bad Diarrhoea all week with very little appetite. But the worst of it is the Depression and Anxiety that came with it. I was in tears and felt very odd in my head. I had to put a modelling knife away as it got really bad. However I feel a bit better today and hopefully things will improve. I hope you soon feel better, I am sure the illness related Anxiety will pass. Take care.
