mostly you should quit cause it will get you too much drunk and will get you sick, have you drink water lately ? mostly that helps your body work and feel good, mostly i never drink that type of stuff cause i am a teenager and still a kid but i know all of this importent stuff cause i went to a class that told me this and i just wanted to help friends and adults feel safe and not sick, like my mom i just told her to stop smoking and to drink at least only 1 or 2 but that is it cause of resterunts and that is it you know,
Yes I drink lots of water.... It was just a one time thing with the alcohol but I appreciate you explaining yourself and giving good advice And helping others in need you should be very proud of yourself😊😊 thank you
Yes your right I appreciate her a lot for that and I thank you as always for the advice you been giving me for the past 4 or 5 yrs 😊😊 and I will definitely drink more and more water 💙
it is really not good drinking too much alcohol and tobacco and doing smoke it is not good the same with caffeine but if you have pop just drink 1 not too much i get water in case too do that when your at a resterunt or anywhere
Good morning,I hope that you are doing well today! Congratulations on hitting your two-year mark of not drinking that is wonderful!- I have a couple of thoughts for you; 1). What kind of interests/ hobbies do you have that you like to do? 2). When you start to feel that anxiety, have you ever thought about starting getting active, like go running or walking, doing a workout at the gym...? These kind of exercises will help refocus your mind and the exercise is healthy for you, physically, mentally, and emotionally...
