Is anyone else’s health anxiety getting worse after these NHS heart attack early warning adverts? I feel like how they describe all the time! And lately I’ve been getting all those symptoms every few hours, every day - hard beats, chest pain/tightness, left sided jaw, shoulder, neck, arm ache. The works! Do I call the call ambulance, do I go to A&E?? It’s horrible. My thoughts spiral. Do I revisit the heart consultant? I saw him just over a year ago, have my Afibs got worse? The ones he told me to try and ignore? Ah, I’m just tying myself up in knots over it! Anyone the same?

yes , me , but not as bad as you . I think you should stay away from google , get advise
from a medical person , a real medical person. And for your health , always look up , never look down.
If you are really worried and need advice you could try calling 111. I have called them for advice in the past and I have always got a caring person on the phone. It may put your mind at rest. All the best x
Thank you. I'm a bit better today. Trying to keep telling myself I've been through this before, it's just me, not a heart attack.I've had hundreds of tests over the years, seen countless doctors and consultants and apart from Afibs that they have told me to try and ignore, all is OK. But it's so hard to remember all this when one of these weird episodes hit me.
Health anxiety is just so emotionally draining.
