So I'm writing here again. I found i have insulin resistance 3 months ago and since then I've been stressing about almost all the time. I am little underweight and i can't seem to gain weight which is one more reason to worry about. Last week I've done some test and in a couple of days we have to go ti doctor to see those results. I'm so nervous what are they gonna be like, my mind always thinks negative, i don't know how to deal with these stress, i know I'm young but still, i worry like im in my 70s.Any advice how to stop stressing so much with life? <3
