I am so anxious and very tired haven’t slept good in about 4 days no my body is in over drive mode my shoulders are aching I keep getting this weird hard breathing sensation as of short of breath it’s driving me insane because I just wanna go to sleep but I’m so afraid I may not wake up so everyday my sleep schedule get pushed back . I keep thinking my body fighting off Covid but I had a test yesterday and it was negative and I’m scheduled for my shot tommorow I hope I didn’t have a false negative.
I don’t know what to do I need positive words that’s all

Sorry to hear you’re struggling- you’ve acknowledged you need to break the cycle so let’s think how we can do that - bottom line you need to sleep- lavender and meditation music? Is there anyone else at home that can wake you up after 8 hrs or so - to reassure you that you’re safe and will wake up - I wish you the best of luck x
This is all part of anxiety I have the same problems there’s no magic you are I am facing that now trying to understand how I got this in the first place take a deep breath try to stay calm I use that app Calm on my phone it works it takes time but it works I finally went to my internist and she diagnosed it as anxiety I am on my first week of Lexapro I know they say it takes 6 to 8 weeks to feel the Full of effect of it by two I’m having problems getting to sleep and staying to sleep also part of The anxiety I am told

Covid tests are false/positive. IOW, liars. My son had covid pneumonia and tested negative three blasted times.
