How are you all now?Its been 4 years no since I was recovered from my anxiety...this time after series of stressful event, I feel my anxiety is coming back....hu hu...

This happened to me. I developed anxiety in college and was put on medication and have been successful the past 5 years with coping strategies. However, I just went through a stressful event and the anxiety returned. I feel like I am back to square one. Doctor is putting me on new meds and I feel like the journey is just beginning again. Feeling defeated

Oh no! Sorry to hear this…. HMmmm have you tried by chance any new coping strategies? How MAtoNE mentioned sometimes it feels like we are back at square one. But we gotta keep going and keep learning from our anxiety. Thank you for sharing your experience …it takes a lot to open up and Share with others what we go thru….
