Hi!! I've been feeling good for some time until couple months ago when my anxiety started getting bad again. I wake up late i go to sleep late, i am such a mess. I always tell my self that there is something wrong with me or around me so i am stressed alot of time. Ihave a nice family and friends but i still feel like a loser. At this point i don't even know what to do with myself amymore.

You're not a loser! You are a very important person and maybe you just need to start doing meaningful things in your free time to remind you what you love. Hugs to you!
Hi we are the same after 4 years is coming back again due to stressful event, but I wont give up because I'm not alone and I know it will stop...just pray and sleep early....
