Hey guys I know I’ve been asking for a lot of support lately but I was feeling better for a couple days and now I’m struggling again. I wish I could exactly explain how I feel. It feels like I’m going to go crazy or lose my mind. I start feeling really dissociated and heavy in the brain like so many thoughts going that I feel like I’m just gonna break mentally. Haven’t talked to my doctor about my mental health before because I don’t really like seeing him. Is there something I can take that will make me feel instant relief or calm does anyone have any suggestions because fighting it off myself is so exhausting and scary. I’m feeling so alone in this and it’s so tiring.

Do you have a therapist and/or a psychiatrist. If not, try to find one. Have you tried anti depressants? There is no magic or quick fix that I know of. What may help you is any type of exercise that you can do every day, as well as slow, relaxed breathing for a period of time.
