I'm considering getting this for my horrible anxiety. Has anyone given this a try?

I wouldn’t try it . Anxiety is more complicated and subconscious than that .Have you seen a good psychologist ? You need to dredge up the suppressed pain on your subconscious and discover why you began to experience anxiety to begin with .

Once you discover what your mind is trying to hide , you will feel much better

Remember that the anxiety attack is the result of your fight or flight response that is a natural defense mechanism in your subconscious brain.
