Has anyone tried redicalm

Hello,

I need to go on medication, I have a script of lexapro in my cupboard that the dr is pushing me to start taking (I think she’s over seeing me 😩) I’ve been feeling ok the last week but the last two nights over been overly anxious and now this morning back into full blown anxiety. I’m sitting at an appointment with my son and I just want to run, I don’t want to be here. I still have 2 more appointments to get through with my kids this afternoon 😭 I hate this.

Anyway I wanted to see if I can try something natural and came across this if anyone has any other natural suggestions I’ll take that too! (I see a psychologist tomorrow)

nutreance.com/products/redi...

As with any medication, natural or not I worry about taking things and the effects on the body.

Thanks for listening.

Hello Amz1987. I’m so sorry to hear that. It’s horrible when you feel as though doctors are giving up on you. You’ve got this though!

I’ve also looked into natural remedies. I tried stress b-complex and it helped for a little bit but then it started giving me panic attacks. It’s supposed to support cellular energy so maybe my cells were a bit too energized (I am a high energy person as is, even with my anxiety).

Just Sunday I bought a vitamin called “goodbye stress” by olly. You can look up their company online and if you’re in the states, it’s sold at Walmart and target. It contains L-theanine which is a good natural remedy for anxiety as it has calming properties. I took half of a gummy on Sunday and all of my anxiety disappeared. It was the weirdest thing. I’m so calm now and so far have been able to rationalize through my anxious thoughts and when stressful situations arise (as a full time college student who is also in training for a new job, stressful situations pop up constantly), I’m able to stay calm through them. The level of calmness I’m on almost has me worried lol. I highly recommend but do your research of course. I can keep you updated on how I’m getting on if you’d like.

Thanks for your reply Lia, wow that does sound amazing I will look it up! I had a look at something in my local pharmacy yesterday it was for stress and anxiety. I wish I had of taken a photo of the bottle so I could look up the ingredients it has in it.

I’m pretty sure my dr now thinks I’m a hypochondriac. My anxiety has never been worse since having an iron infusion done almost 3 months ago. The side effects I got from it were horrible but she doesn’t believe it was the iron and it’s all in my head. I’ve never felt so helpless in all my life.

Just have to get on top of it, health anxiety it’s the absolute worst.

Oh you’re very welcome!

It contains L-theanine as well as GABA and lemon balm.

L-theanine is an amino acid that blocks the production of glutamate, a chemical that nerve cells use to send nerve impulses to other cells. This then helps to increase the GABA in your brain which is an inhibitory neurotransmitter. GABA is going to quiet down the excited state of some of the neurons in your brain. Low GABA in the brain is actually known to cause anxiety. Then lemon balm is a plant known to decrease stress. The l-theanine can be found in green and black tea and some mushrooms. GABA is also a naturally occurring amino acid and there is extensive research on the effects of it (it helps with epilepsy, adhd, etc).

Definitely do your research and consult your before you try any of these as I am not a doctor and can’t correctly prescribe anyone anything. Keep in mind that l-Theanine is found in very low doses in green tea (24.2 mg in a 200 mL cup of green tea), so do try to take lower doses of it if you choose to take a supplement. Goodbye stress has 50 mg in 1 gummy and I have been taking half a gummy 2 times a day for anyone wondering.

Wow I am so sorry! I hate when people say “it’s all in your head”. I do get that anxiety is a mind thing however they should help us understand what’s going on in our heads that are making us feel the way we’re feeling.

Health anxiety truly is the worst. I wouldn’t wish it upon anyone. I just don’t understand how the mind can be as powerful as it is. It absolutely stuns me.

I saw it advertised on Facebook and started searching in the UK but not available here. I found it on Amazon.com which do deliver to UK and I always prefer to look at Amazon.co.uk even if I dont buy from them as they give all the ingredients and reviews. A few reviews were not good and upset peoples's stomachs so that put me off completely.
