So it's winter in Florida,

My psoriasis has been acting up and a lot this week

And emotionally I hit a low point where I just kept bursting into tears

My psoriasis has affected my Scalp face and neck so my family notice this flare up was so bad my mother had to help me wash my own hair

My face and neck got dry and patchy which are usually painful wound like

I cried about it and was so embarrassed. Because I'm 24 and my mother shouldn't have to do it for me

But she said she doesn't mind at all

I'm doing a little bit better today I only cried once.

Hopefully, I can see a Dermatologists soon

I haven't gotten an official Diagnosis for my Psoriasis yet but I've had the suspicion for years.

I've seen so many YT videos on it and my face looks identical to the examples of Plaque psoriasis

It was a shock but a relief cause I wanted answers to what was going on

It's crazy that there's no cure for this yet ☹️

In the meantime I'm using creams and moisturizer and they are helping

Codliver oil capsules and flaxseed oil capsules should help you Psoriasis is an autoimmune disorder and in females it is usually because of high estrogen and low progesterone

Are you on the contraceptive pill ? If so and if it is high in estrogen I suggest you stop it and / or ask for a progesterone contraceptive

Progesterone cream may help you I recommend the Biovea brand as not all progesterone creams are effective there is a particular ingredient it must have but I have forgotten the name but the Biovea brand has it

Thank you, so much no, I'm not in the pill and I had no idea it was linked with my hormones I'll try out your recommendation
