Somebody talk to me I'm having a hard time. My hands are sweaty And I keep burping and i feel like I can't breathe I'm scared what if I'm dying or something bad is happening to me 😪😪 I wanna feel normal again I don't feel right now I'm dry heaving my body feels so hot

Hello! When my hands get sweaty, it helps to wash them with soap. May as well get it off, right? 😂

I certainly hope you’re not dying... I don’t think you are. I believe in you :)

Maybe take a shower and gradually reduce the water temperature, that could help cool you down.

Try thinking of your all-time favorite memory, think of the things you are most grateful for, and think of the best moments of your life. Take hold of those good things and don’t let go. Hold onto the light and you’ll feel better in time, I promise :) darkness can’t exist where there’s light.
