So lost in my own head .. feel really down in the dumps, also I got really bad chest pain all I keep thinking about is something serious! Anyone have chest pains bad sometimes pain goes down arms it’s like everyday pain , I don’t know what I have done so wrong in life to deserve the stuff I’m going through Iv got the point where Iv just had enough now 😢💔, I try to be strong keep all my emotions in but sometimes it’s to much .. I would like to thank everyone on here also that has messaged me you lot have kept me going!

Youre going through a lot but youre doing great. The chest anxiety can be so exhausting. Hang in there and remember that you have people who support you and are here for you.

Honey we are family on here. We try to help each other as much as we can. We share your pain and anxiety with you. You are never alone. You can talk to any one of us. It's nothing you have done wrong at all. That's they way it is with some of us. We all prob have wonder why us and we see other people who don't seem to have any issues. Just because they are like that doesn't mean they have some sort of thing they are going thru. I hope you embrace your friends on here as they are trying to help. Trust me I know I embrace the friends I have on here.🌷
