Bad stomach issues and nausea upon waking up

Stomach and anxiety

Has anyone had stomach cramps and other stomach issues from anxiety . I’ve had several physical symptoms but not this bad

Yep, both. I often don't realise I am getting stressed and will develop IBS without realising. That gives me stomach cramps, bowel problems and nausea. ?......and it takes some believing that that is all it us when i eventually go to the doctor. This time it took a referral to a consultant and bowel screening test to reassure me. You should always get it checked out ( says me who finds that particularly hard) but it is possible. Also i find all my anxiety related symptoms ard far worse in the morning. I even fear waking sometimes.
