Hello, I am just wondering does anyone else get pain in their upper stomach area. I get it in the left side right where the actual stomach is located. I notice it after I eat certain foods. I’m wondering what it could be?

Have you tried over the counter Omeprazole?

It’s used for Ulcers acid reflux you can go to any drug store and buy that or any acid reducer. Try them out and if the symptoms go away it’s a good indication of what’s going on. It’s also good information to pass onto your Dr to let him know if it worked or not. He or she will have good information to start a path of fixing your issues.

which can lead to very low calcium, vitamin b12, lack of good gut flora, intestinal problems and after a few years dementia.

thats where your wrong, there is a lot of proven research online that shows it, the chances of dementia are about 33% after a few years. no good sweeping it under the carpet, and dont assume i dont do my research properly before I pass info on.

i had horrible stomach pain back to the time I was in depression. I also vomited at that time. Then I did an endoscopy and the doctor found nothing was wrong. So she concluded that my stomach ache was completely caused by my depression and anxiety.

That's said, it's always safer to check with your GI doctor. Don't take for granted that the stomach issue is caused by your mood.

sounds like indigestion, and you stop eating those foods that cause it then, it can lead to gallbladder and pancreas problems

Blimey wiserlady (mmm that's questionable) you are full of doom and gloom). Your negative comments are really helpful.

GAS...Irritable bowel syndrome. You may be swallowing too much air while eating, from anxiety, eat slowly and more thoughtfully. pause and put fork down more often in between bites. Try Align whole food blend probiotic, it worked wonders for me getting everything aligned again. :)

Well it could be a combination of things. Make note of what u r eating n things that happen that day. But for sure do with yr Dr. I hv taken the omeprozole n it helps. U can go to the pharmacist n they can recommend something over the counter while u wait to see the Dr.
