Just feel off and confused

So yesterday my friend brother got shot and it made me really scared because lots of people are passing and they’re young and it’s just a lot going on in philly I’m scared my brain doesn’t feel right I’m scared of having a stroke or brain bleed or amerursym and I feel weird I just feel off like I’m so upset I just wanna be okay 🥺

I’ve had many friends who passed at young age. It’s quite scary but it just goes to show how short life is. Life your life to the fullest! Everything is okay. You seem to be under a lot of stress right now and anxiety causes weird things and symptoms. If you were having a stroke. or brain bleed/aneurism then you wouldn’t be typing this right now. You’re okay!
