I had the very same thing and you should get checked to make sure you're okay esp when pain is involved. I thought I was having a heart attack and I went to the ER they did all kinds of tests and ruled out heart attack. It was anxiety.

Kaaayla, you are okay...you are safe. This is anxiety making you doubt yourself.

A thought comes along in our subconscious mind and our body reacts physically

to the thought. Once you ignore that symptom as non life threatening, it will go away and your anxiety will go down. Sending you a warm assuring hug :) xx

I know so scary as it comes out of nowhere! Hate it. I’m trying to tell myself Iv had this loads it’s not a heart attack. If it was like my doctor said to me over the phone I’d be dead by now as blunt as he said it lol. Just the pains in my chest hurt , much love agora! X

Okay so it sounds like mine which was anxiety, so relaxing is the cure. Engage yourself in some self care..a warm soothing bath or shower, breathing, Meditation, reading taking a walk

I'm always here for you. You'll feel better in no time 🤗😊🌈🌞🌻❤️

Yes mine was all Anxiety so just relax and do something else keep taking deep deep breaths and that stitch you feel will go away.

Here for you always 🌻🌞🌈😊🤗

Muscles can do strange things when they are under stress. I have had some really believable symptoms that are muscular. I’ve had pains in my chest and arm and went to A&E, by the time I was seen it had gone. Your body knows you’re anxious and is playing games with you x

Your oxygen is great. Your overthinking stinkin'thinkin'. I am an overthinker so I know I have to get busy and keep myself occupied. I keep a bunch of stuff at my side to reduce my anxiety. Books, coloring books, word scramble, paper, chalk board, white board, crafts , music , TV, magazines, walking and lots more. Engaging in something will ease your anxiety and you'll feel much better.

Now I just had a heart flutter thing but my heart ain’t even racing it’s 80

Awesome 😊

You are in reality a Samurai Warrior Kaaayla. Read "Hagakure: The Way of the Samurai", and how they were taught to imagine pain in their bodies daily to get stronger for war. This is in Chapter 11 and this book is free online.

If you press on the site that’s bothering you and it hurts, it’s definitely muscle pain! Heart pains usually cant be pinpointed remember that!!

Do you get chest pain everyday because I do

I think it is the stress /panic you are under. I think if you had more support to help I think you would be good. That's why I message you to see how you are doing. I'm glad you do answer them back.

i’m not sure if you already have someone you’re seeing, but i think you might benefit greatly from seeing a therapist or psychiatrist. these physical symptoms that you are experiencing are manifestations of your anxiety and by seeing someone who is professionally trained in understanding anxiety, they could teach you coping mechanisms so that these physical symptoms aren’t plaguing your life. i understand how you’re feeling. i’ve been there. it’s so terrible and can be incredibly debilitating. seeing a therapist has helped me immensely to the point when i don’t have physical symptoms anymore. might be something you want to try.

Can’t say how long for You? Gosh I hope Not? I’ve been suffering off and on for about 36 years. I’m in counseling, unfortunately I can’t be Honest with my counselor because where I live they have something called 50/50 law where they can hospitalize You for 3 days without your concent. And there have been times where I’ve gone weeks at a time living on boiled eggs and V8 juice and dropped 40 pounds in a month. I had a breakdown about 4 years where I quit/retire from my job of 32 years. So look into counseling, I’ve only been doing it about 5 years 🙏😷
