I am sorry you are having negative thoughts it is something that when we have anxiety we do tend to have
Have you tried writing down all your negative thoughts and then next to them maybe asking what prove you have that any of these are true or justified
Most of the time we have no prove and can see that it is just our mind set been so down that is making us think them

Change them, put new one,s into your mind, listen to Wayne Dyer on youtube etc. nothing changes until you do !
Yes, I have them at times . I think they come hand in hand with anxiety. Some things I have tried is Challenging them I have shared this on here with a couple people. Ask yourself 3 questions.
1. How do I feel?
2. What do I need?
3. What can I do about it?
If nothing than let it go. Distract yourself
This is for anxiety and depression. However, this may help with those negative those. Because we tend to catastrophe everything and assume the worst. Live in fear about the future. Worry, so those negative thoughts for you could be judgment, worry, anxiety, fear, sadness, anger towards someone else, or self esteem and having to compassion for ourselves. Don’t like of love ourselves. I could be wrong here. I’m just guessing. And practicing gratitude. Being thankful we have a bed to sleep in or food. Etc...Hope any of this helps. Just my thoughts
