Anxiety and hunger

Has anyone ever felt sudden extreme feeling of hunger? I also feel shaky and extremely anxious.

I did a CBC three months ago and came completely fine (expect the iron that was always kinda low), no problem with the sugar.

Yes I can get like this and feel like I am having a low sugar level drop and will pass out if I don't eat something quick !

carry things like peanut butter crackers to stop the sugar low, candy bars help too.
