Hello all, I’ve been worrying myself sick about this but I’ve been having strange twinges in my chest, some last longer than others and each one feels different. I’ve had numerous ecgs which have all come back normal and a blood test which came back normal too. But every time I feel one of these sensations I start to panic, does anyone else feel these? is it just yet another symptom of my anxiety?
As always, thank you

Strange twinges in your chest aren't by themselves indications of any physical health problems. If for example you had a bad cough with a lot of wheezing or feeling breathless with it then maybe.
However as you have had all the tests then it must be anxiety. It is a common symptom so I suggest you google physical symptoms of anxiety to make yourself familiar with them.
Maybe so. If your anxiety is low you might be apt to dismiss it whereas if you are anxious you will stress. Mine came today out of the blue, a sensation I’ve never had before.
