Was anyone prescribed something while starting your long term medication?
I just started Zoloft last night but the panic attacks and can’t sleep are very bad. I had to take an Ativan. Has anyone used this or something similar to get them through the breaking point

I personally have not done this but I have heard a lot of people that have and it has been on their Doctors advise
If you can get to speak with your Doctor then I would , ask if it is ok and would do it till the other meds start working but then I would stop
