Squeezing in heart

Anyone get this sensation in their heart for like 10mins on an off? It happened 2 hours ago and I still get scared I think I’m going to ask my doctor for a Holter montior hoping he will

Hi I've only just seen yr post since me being diagnosed with anxiety and stress especially feeling the physical symptoms I feel everything in my body especially the heart. I'm feeling palpitations and fast heart beats, my Ecg results are fine, but what I feeling are like an electric shock in my chest controlling my heart beat and then my hart beat goes back to normal. Apparently your heart regulates it self all the time, but being in in an anxious state we pick up on it which feeds our already anxious state. Being anxious is a bloody nightmare. I’ve not been that bad today to be honest just small episodes through the day nothing major
