Hey there,

What kind of ache are you referring to?

Maybe if you can tell a bit more about the quality of your pain, I can be of some help.

It is fairly a common symptom , try to avoid any situation that causes you to feel the feeling for a while. And if there is no pain, and you don't have any syncope attacks or light-headedness episodes, then propranolol can help you calm down a lot.

I'm a little late to the party here , but I'm in the same boat . I have like an "ache" constantly , somewhat of a pressure . And the sinking feeling your referring too , I also have constantly . My heart will beat real hard , and give me very uncomfortable feelings . I've been going through this for almost three years , and have been to multiple hospitals , hundreds of times . The only thing I've ever had caught at the ER was a couple skipped beats . I would tell you to just try to think about other things , and to keep your mind off it . But if your anything like me that's alot easier said than done . One skipped beat , or sinking feeling sends me into a panic , thus ruins the rest of my day . The only thing I can think about then is my heart , the aches , feeling every beat , etc . I'm in a constant battle with my mind . The aches , pressures , and sinking feelings are some of the most common symptoms . Keep your head up , I'll be praying for you .

Thank you and you x

All the time. I think it has become normal for me. As abnormal as my normal is. I just don’t feed into it. I know it’s hard but the less you pay attention to it the less you will notice it. Easier said than done! 🤔 Since you have had a checkup and all has checked out good I would try not to think about it. You may also want to try antacids. It may surprise you. I hope you find some peace!
