It seems every night I wake up from a good sleep out of nowhere with a high heart rate, panicking for no reason. Then I’ll calm down and fall back asleep. 🤦🏻♀️

Waking from Sleep
Hello
This has been happening a lot to me just lately and it is not nice at all worse than having a panic attack during the day
Someone has suggested to me to try reading something if just a page of a book half an hour before bed as the anxiety thoughts we have been thinking all day are the one's we take to bed waking us up maybe panicking but if we read a page of a book or more that may in our minds instead if this makes sense
Take Care x
This happens to me too
My hormones wake me (menopausal and hot flashes). They jolt me awake and I panic after being abruptly woken up and hard to get back asleep, most times after 3-4 am I abandon sleep.
You being able to bring back relaxation and calm to get back to sleep is huge, you’ve been able to master what most that have anxiety and panic in the night can’t.
Same here it sucks
I wake up like this too love even in middle of night I shake all inside when I get up in a morning my legs ache so bad xx
My legs ache too. They’re so crampy everyday.
i wonder what is causing aching legs on awakening in the mornings. I suffer with this .. it’s very bizarre to watch me step down the stairs as my legs feel weak too.
Same here. It doesn’t help that I feel wobbly all of the time either. I feel like I’m walking like I’m drunk
Exactly the same here ..I’m all over the place. It’s a horrible feeling .. if this is an Anxiety symptom too .. I’m absolutely tired of all these bizarre symptoms.
It makes me feel like I have a brain tumor or something. I hate it. I swear I’m just gonna pass out or fall over or like the earth is spinning.
Iv had my ears checked few years ago! no vertigo. It must be my posture or neck or sinuses. Sometimes I lie in bed for and hour before I get up for work. I dread the off balance and aching weak legs, if I get up.
This has been going on for months for me. I thought it was exhaustion because I had been working 6 days a week and it had caught up with me. However, during lockdown it was the same.
Mine hits me randomly through the day.. I also feel like I’m fighting gravity. Like I’m walking by somethings pushing me back.
