I know you can get jello legs from being nervous but this is different. I took a walk with my family (not nervous at all) actually kinda on the happy side. I noticed that my legs were so weak. I’m 17 so it’s kinda concerning. I feel like it has something to do with the light outside because for some reason lighting makes me kinda lightheaded and weak. The more I was walking the more I felt like I was gonna fall over . I was not anxious at all I was more relaxed then anything and my legs were like jello. Any reasonings?

I know what you mean about getting symptoms without being nervous because my anxiety has changed and now I don't feel anxious but I get physical symptoms like difficulty walking so I have finally had to assume that this is my new form of anxious. Maybe this could be the case with you too
